TOUR: Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera – the longest-running musical in Broadway history – is hitting the road for an all-new North American tour.
The new season will premiere at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore in early November and will include stops in Minneapolis, Chicago, St. Louis, New Orleans, Denver, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Costa Mesa, with additional dates to be announced soon.

ABOUT: The Phantom of the Opera is a musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber. It first opened in London in 1986 and on Broadway in 1988. The story is based on a novel by Gaston Leroux and follows a mysterious, masked man who lives beneath the Paris Opera House. He falls in love with a young singer named Christine and tries to make her a star while hiding in the shadows. The show is known for its dramatic music, powerful vocals, and elaborate costumes and sets. Some of its most famous songs include “The Music of the Night,” “All I Ask of You,” and “The Phantom of the Opera.” It became the longest-running show in Broadway history, running for 35 years before closing in 2023.
