ABOUT: The Jonas Brothers are an American pop rock band formed in 2005. The group consists of three siblings: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas. Raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey, and later based in Los Angeles, California, the brothers began their career with appearances on the Disney Channel and quickly became teen idols.
The band gained popularity with their self-titled second album, “Jonas Brothers” (2007), which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200. They followed with successful albums, including “A Little Bit Longer” (2008) and “Lines, Vines and Trying Times” (2009). During their initial run, they starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie “Camp Rock” (2008) and its sequel, as well as their own TV series, “Jonas” (2009-2010).
In 2013, the group officially disbanded to pursue individual projects. Nick and Joe went on to successful solo music and acting careers, with Joe also forming the band DNCE. The Jonas Brothers reunited in 2019 with the hit single “Sucker,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100. Their comeback album, “Happiness Begins,” was released the same year and marked a major commercial success.
The Jonas Brothers continue to tour and release music, blending pop, rock, and R&B influences. They are known for their tight harmonies, energetic performances, and close family bond, which remains a defining element of their appeal.
