Portland indie-pop duo New Constellations are hitting the road with the It Comes In Waves Tour, a North American headline run celebrating their debut album, It Comes in Waves. Comprised of lifelong friends Harlee Case and Josh Smith, New Constellations first began recording music together as teenagers before reconnecting years later to form the project. Released May 15, 2026 through Nettwerk, their 13-track debut explores the cycles of joy, grief, love, uncertainty and personal growth through the duo’s dreamy blend of atmospheric alternative music and shimmering indie pop.

The It Comes In Waves Tour launches its North American headline dates in October and continues through early December, traveling coast to coast with stops including Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, New York, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Atlanta, Houston and Dallas before finishing with shows in the Pacific Northwest. The run follows New Constellations’ 2026 performances with The Midnight as well as appearances at BottleRock, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits, plus their first headline tour across the UK and Europe. Vox Rea will join New Constellations as special guest on select dates.

Fans can expect the concerts to showcase It Comes in Waves through songs including “Dandelion,” “I Disappear,” “Believe Again,” “Secret Safe” and “Waterslides,” alongside the duo’s breakout hit “Hot Blooded.” The latter has surpassed 220 million streams and helped introduce New Constellations to an expanding international audience. Following dozens of sold-out U.S. performances and a rapidly growing live following, the It Comes In Waves Tour gives New Constellations their biggest opportunity yet to bring the atmospheric world of their debut album to audiences across North America.
