ABOUT: Blink-182 is an American rock band formed in Poway, California, in 1992. The band was originally composed of Tom DeLonge (guitar, vocals), Mark Hoppus (bass, vocals), and Scott Raynor (drums). Raynor was replaced by Travis Barker in 1998, solidifying the trio’s most iconic lineup.

Blink-182 rose to fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s with their energetic blend of pop-punk, catchy melodies, and irreverent humor. Their third studio album, Enema of the State (1999), became a breakthrough success, featuring hit singles like “What’s My Age Again?”, “All the Small Things,” and “Adam’s Song.” The album propelled them into mainstream popularity and became a defining record of the pop-punk genre. Following up with albums like Take Off Your Pants and Jacket (2001) and the more experimental Blink-182 (2003), the band continued to evolve musically. However, tensions within the group led to a hiatus in 2005. DeLonge formed Angels & Airwaves, while Hoppus and Barker created +44.

In 2009, Blink-182 reunited and released Neighborhoods (2011), followed by touring and continued musical experimentation. DeLonge departed again in 2015 and was replaced by Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio. This lineup released two albums, California (2016) and Nine (2019), both receiving positive reception. In 2022, DeLonge rejoined the band, and Blink-182 released their ninth studio album, One More Time in 2023, signaling a return to their classic lineup and sound.
