Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Allison Russell has announced her 2026 “In The Hour of Chaos” Tour, a new North American headline run supporting her upcoming third studio album In The Hour of Chaos, due out on July 10, 2026 via Fantasy Records. The album follows the critical success of Outside Child and The Returner, continuing Russell’s blend of Americana, folk, soul and roots music while exploring themes of healing, community and resilience. The announcement arrives alongside the release of the new single “Cold April,” featuring Kara Jackson, Denitia and the Explore! Pop Choir.
The “In The Hour of Chaos” Tour will take Russell across the United States and Canada throughout the second half of 2026, following a summer run supporting Sarah McLachlan on select dates. Headline performances are scheduled in cities including Boston, Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver, with additional dates expected to be announced as the tour expands. Russell will also continue her recent streak of high-profile performances after appearances on Broadway in Hadestown and extensive international touring in recent years.
