ABOUT: The Beaches began making waves with their self-titled debut EP and gained early attention for their dynamic live performances and charismatic stage presence. Their breakthrough came with the release of their debut album, Late Show, in 2017, produced by Emily Haines and James Shaw of Metric. The album featured standout tracks like “Money” and “T-Shirt,” helping them win Breakthrough Group of the Year at the 2018 Juno Awards.

Following a series of successful tours and festival appearances, The Beaches continued to release acclaimed music, including The Professional EP (2019) and their second studio album Blame My Ex (2023), which featured the hit single “Blame Brett.” The song gained viral success and introduced the band to a wider global audience, showcasing their witty lyricism and confident attitude.

The Beaches are celebrated not only for their music but also for challenging the norms of rock music with a strong, unapologetically female perspective. Their third album, No Hard Feelings, is set for release on August 22, 2025, and promises to continue their evolution as one of Canada’s most exciting rock acts.
