Event Details

Legendary roots-rockers The Avett Brothers have teamed up with iconoclast vocalist Mike Patton in the collaborative project AVTT/PTTN — and they’re taking it on the road in 2026. The tour supports their self-titled debut album and marks a bold convergence of folk-rock heart and genre-defying edge.

The run kicks off in spring and covers a wide range of cities across the U.S., including stops in places like Nashville, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Boston, Brooklyn (New York), Baltimore and more. Expect each show to blend the Avetts’ signature harmony-rich songwriting with Patton’s experimental flair — a live experience that promises to be both intimate and expansive.

In announcing the tour, Scott Avett noted that Patton “was part of our DNA… we studied him,” highlighting how this collaboration grew out of a deep creative respect. Meanwhile, Patton described the project as a “long-distant cousin” of his earlier work — playful, unexpected and full of raw energy.

This tour isn’t just about revisiting old sounds — it’s about forging something new. When the trio begin hitting these cities next year, they’ll be presenting fresh material, drawing from their joint album and inviting fans into a new chapter of sonic exploration.
