ABOUT: Jessie Murph is an American singer-songwriter and rising star in the contemporary music scene. Known for her emotionally raw lyrics and genre-blending sound that fuses pop, R&B, and country influences, Murph has quickly gained attention for her distinctive voice and authentic storytelling.

Murph’s breakout moment came in the early 2020s when her song snippets and videos began to go viral online. In 2021, she signed with Columbia Records and released her debut singles, which quickly racked up millions of streams. Her 2022 debut EP, If I Died Last Night, showcased her emotional depth and vulnerability, solidifying her place as a voice of her generation. She followed it up with her first full-length album, Drowning, in 2023, which received critical acclaim and featured hits like “Always Been You” and “Where Do You Go.”

Jessie Murph’s music is marked by its emotional honesty, blending heartbreak, mental health struggles, and personal growth into powerful ballads and anthems. Her raw vocal delivery and confessional lyrics resonate strongly with a Gen Z audience. She cites influences ranging from Amy Winehouse and Adele to Billie Eilish and Post Malone.
