UPDATE: Maestro Andrea Bocelli will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of his milestone album Romanza with a special North American tour scheduled for February 2026. This limited series of major arena performances will spotlight Bocelli’s enduring crossover appeal, featuring renditions of “Con te partirò,” “Vivo per lei,” and other fan favourites from the record that helped establish him as a global icon.

The tour opens Saturday, February 7 in Columbus, OH at the Schottenstein Center and proceeds through February stops including Fort Lauderdale and Tampa in Florida, Raleigh in North Carolina, Birmingham in Alabama, Nashville in Tennessee, and concludes February 25 in Chicago at the United Center. Each venue promises a distinguished evening of orchestral grandeur and Bocelli’s rich tenor voice, making this a significant event for both longtime fans and new listeners alike.

ABOUT: Andrea Bocelli showed an early passion for music, learning to play the piano, flute, and saxophone as a child. Despite his visual impairment, he pursued law at the University of Pisa, but music remained his true calling.

His big break came in 1992 when he recorded a demo tape of “Miserere” that caught the attention of Italian rock star Zucchero and, subsequently, the legendary Luciano Pavarotti. Bocelli’s debut album, “Il Mare Calmo della Sera (1994), launched his professional career and was quickly followed by a series of successful recordings blending classical arias with pop influences. His 1999 album “Sogno,” featuring the duet “The Prayer” with Celine Dion, gained international acclaim and solidified his status as a global star.

Throughout his career, Bocelli has performed for popes, presidents, and royalty, gracing prestigious venues such as the Roman Colosseum, the Sydney Opera House, and Madison Square Garden. He has received numerous awards and honors, including a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2010.

Despite his fame, Bocelli remains grounded, often crediting his faith and family for his strength. He is also known for his philanthropic efforts, notably through the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, which focuses on education and poverty alleviation. Andrea Bocelli continues to inspire millions with his powerful voice, unwavering determination, and commitment to using music as a force for good.
