TOUR: Indie rock multi-instrumentalist and producer Alex G has announced a North American Tour set for fall 2025. The tour follows his continued success with his critically acclaimed album, God Save the Animals, and a string of festival appearances earlier in the year.
The 18-city campaign will kick off on September 10-11 with two shows in Brighton, MA, and will take Alex G across the United States and Canada with stops in major cities such as Toronto, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Austin, Atlanta, Nashville, Washington D.C., and New York. The tour will wrap up on October 11-12 in his hometown of Philadelphia.
British musician Nilüfer Yanya will be joining the tour as special guest.

ABOUT: Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Alex began recording and releasing music from his bedroom during his teenage years, rapidly gaining a cult following on platforms like Bandcamp. He self-released several albums in the early 2010s, including Race, Rules, and DSU, which attracted critical acclaim and attention from the indie music community. His lo-fi aesthetic, deeply personal lyrics, and eclectic production style earned comparisons to Elliott Smith and Built to Spill.
In 2015, Alex signed with Domino Recording Company and released Beach Music, marking a transition to wider recognition. Subsequent albums such as Rocket (2017), House of Sugar (2019), and God Save the Animals (2022) further showcased his growth as an artist, blending folk, electronic, and rock elements into increasingly layered and emotionally rich soundscapes. Alex G is also known for his collaboration with Frank Ocean, contributing guitar and arrangements to Ocean’s critically acclaimed albums Endless and Blonde.
