Alternative rock veterans AFI are returning to the road in 2026 with their North American Tour, a spring headline run in support of their latest album Silver Bleeds the Black Sun…, which came out in October 2025 and marks the band’s twelfth studio release. This new stretch of dates follows earlier touring around the album and takes AFI’s powerful live show to clubs, theaters, and festival stages across the U.S. and Canada.
The upcoming tour kicks off in Seattle on April 15, 2026 at Showbox SoDo, and continues through May 2 in Minneapolis at First Avenue, with stops in cities including Portland, Vancouver, Missoula, Boise, Albuquerque, Boulder, and Omaha. The tour also includes appearances at Sick New World Festival in Las Vegas and another festival date later in October in Fort Worth, Texas.
Joining AFI on this run is special guest Choir Boy, whose post-punk and New Romantic-influenced sound complements the band’s moody, atmospheric style from Silver Bleeds the Black Sun…. Choir Boy will appear as direct support on most of the scheduled dates, bringing an extra layer of energy and texture to each show.
Across their decades-long career, AFI has evolved from hardcore roots into a band equally at home in gothic-tinged alt-rock and broader post-punk landscapes, and this tour promises to showcase both their new material and fan favorites live on stage.
